A credit is one unit of video generation. A video you make with Claude or ChatGPT costs 1 credit for up to 10 narrated scenes; code edits, previews and exports are free. With purchased credits ($10 for 15) or any plan, Ozor's built-in AI on the web turns a prompt or a document into a video: a document video costs one credit for every two narrated scenes, so a short deck costs 1–3 credits and a long one around 6. The exact cost is shown on the review screen before you generate. Remixing an Explore video is free.
Yes, and it is how the free plan works. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Ozor in one click and your assistant writes the scenes with your own AI plan, so Ozor spends no AI of its own: 1 credit covers a whole video with up to 10 narrated scenes (each 10 more cost 1 credit), and editing it is free. The same credit balance is used in the app and from your assistant.
It depends on length. Pro's 50 credits a month cover roughly 8 long document videos or up to 50 videos made with Claude or ChatGPT, and most videos land closer to the short end. Pro+ (150 credits) is about 25–150 videos and Business (300 credits) about 50–300. We show credits rather than a single video number because a five-scene explainer and a fifty-slide training deck are not the same job.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro, Pro+, or Business plan from the settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. You can also re-activate later without losing your projects.
Your existing videos stay editable and exportable. New AI generations pause until you upgrade, top up, or — on a paid plan — your next billing cycle refills your balance. Free credits are a one-time trial allowance and do not refill each month.
Yes. You get 6 credits when you sign up, with 720p exports and no credit card. On the free plan you make videos with your own Claude, ChatGPT or Codex connected to Ozor: 1 credit per video with up to 10 narrated scenes, so 6 credits cover six videos. Remixing any Explore video is free. To use Ozor's built-in AI on the web (prompt and document to video, the in-editor chat), buy credits — $10 for 15 — or pick a paid plan. Free credits are a one-time allowance rather than a monthly refill — upgrade to Pro when you need a recurring balance.
